Cancellation Policy
In the event of a no-show, premature departure or late arrival, the full cost of the booking is payable. The following cancellation terms are applicable:
Bookings cancelled or modified up to 2 weeks before date of arrival – no fees will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Bookings are only confirmed with a deposit, balance payable 2 weeks from date of check in.
Bookings made without a deposit will be cancelled.

No noise, it’s a reserve to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Please note that noise violations are subject to fines/ prosecution by local authorities.

The local birds and wildlife are not pets. Please respect them at all times, and practice safe boundaries.
Natural diet is critical to the health and survival of the local birds and animals, so if you would like to put food out for them, please only use the correct food that is on sale from local shops.
